This console never grants staff access through the visible page. Your role, board scope and recent authenticator verification are checked against the database on every action. Every action requires a reason and is audited.

Enroll your authenticator
Owner setup requires your verified owner email and a private one-time bootstrap secret provided in the secured deployment configuration. Helpers must first be invited by the owner. This setup displays a TOTP secret once.
Enter the following secret into your authenticator app; do not share it.
The staff server will not display this secret again after confirmation. Store recovery arrangements offline.

Board moderation
Board helpers can lock threads they supervise. Moderators may hide/restore posts and resolve reports. All actions require a reason; hidden posts are not permanently erased.
Promote board helpers and staff
Only the verified owner can assign roles. Board Helper, RP Guide and Moderator must be scoped to a particular board. Senior Moderator and Admin are global. No one can grant Owner through this console.
Temporary posting restriction
This prevents new posts, not account login or access to public help. Staff targets are protected. There is no automatic permanent ban.

Staff safety and boundaries
Never use a staff role to settle personal disputes. Helpers escalate safety reports; moderators document evidence and avoid reviewing their own posts. No helper can change roles, view private member emails, change payments or access Cloudflare. Contact the owner for appeals and conflict-of-interest reviews.
